Welcome to RaceCraft Driver ("the App"), operated by RaceCraft, Inc. ("RaceCraft," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

RaceCraft Driver allows users to:

Create and manage personal driver profiles
Upload photos, videos, and other media
Comment and engage with other drivers
Register for and manage participation in racing events

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. User-Generated Content

You may post content including text, photos, or videos ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your content but grant RaceCraft a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, host, and distribute it within the App and related RaceCraft services.

You agree not to post any content that:

Contains nudity, hate speech, harassment, or threats
Promotes illegal, violent, or discriminatory activity
Infringes on others' intellectual property or privacy rights
Includes spam, deceptive promotions, or misinformation

RaceCraft reserves the right to remove or restrict any content or account that violates these Terms.

3. Flagging & Moderation

Users can report or flag posts, comments, or profiles that may violate these Terms. Flagged content is reviewed by RaceCraft moderators, and objectionable or unsafe material may be removed. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent bans.

4. Payments & Transactions

Some features—such as event registrations or purchases—may involve payments processed by Stripe, Inc. All transactions are handled under Stripe's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. RaceCraft does not store credit card information on its servers.

No-Shows; No Refunds. Event staffing, track time, and related operational resources are planned based on confirmed registrations. If you fail to attend an event on the event day for any reason (a “no-show”), you will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer, except where required by law or where the Event Organizer's posted policy explicitly provides otherwise.

Chargebacks; Disputes; Pre-Event Resolution. If you have an issue with an event registration or purchase, you agree to first contact the Event Organizer (the “Host”) through RaceCraft (or via the contact method provided on the event listing) to request a resolution, including any eligible refund, before the event start time. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with the Host may result in limitations on your account, including suspension, where permitted by law.

Post-Event Purchases Generally Final. Because event staffing, track time, and other operational resources are scheduled and incurred based on confirmed registrations, refunds and reversals are generally not available after an event has occurred. If you submit a dispute or chargeback after the event, RaceCraft and/or the Host may contest the dispute by providing supporting documentation (including attendance logs, check-in records, and event policies). This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

5. Account Suspension

Account Suspension; Impact on Transactions. RaceCraft may suspend or terminate your account in accordance with these Terms (including for suspected fraud, policy violations, or chargeback abuse). During suspension, you may lose access to your account, tickets, event materials, messaging, or other features. Suspension or termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund, except where required by law or where the event listing explicitly provides otherwise.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in activity harmful to other users or to RaceCraft.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and branding of RaceCraft, including the RaceCraft Driver name and design elements, remain the exclusive property of RaceCraft, Inc. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse our assets without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RaceCraft does not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or availability of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

RaceCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or participation in events coordinated through it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
